10.0We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pohutukawa Cottage! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect—so close to the beach and everything else we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was super easy, and the communication throughout was excellent. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making this a welcoming and well-equipped space. Another highlight was fresh Feijoas on the ground ready to eat💞 Feijoas are like Gold in Perth. We highly recommend Pohutukawa Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back! Thankyou Linda, you are an amazing Host
− Could not fault anything at all
Good value for a good location
7.0Host was friendly and very helpful. The property was very clean and well stocked. I loved the fejoia tree. Beach was just a short walk out the back gate.
− The tv instructions were a bit too complex and one of the guests got rope burn from the pillow on the single bed.

9.0Amazing place to stay, great location for the kids with the tennis courts, ocean and 4square so close. Equipped with everything, cute garden and great deck. Will definitely come back again next time we are there.
− Only dislike was the bed in the master was sunk in, a new mattress would fix it.
