− Could not even stay 3rd night.. kid (s) upstairs were so noisy and up all night and early morn idk if they were on roller blades or a bike, scooter or just running and jumping non stop. So we left couldn’t get any sleep!Had to rent a hotel room! Was told if we were out by noon would refund for the night we weren’t gonna stay. We even cleaned it cleaner than when we arrived and washed sheets! We did end up complaining to apartment manager at office. Stated that apartment complex does not allow subleasing. Advertised there were 3 beds and 2 bedrooms. Assumed couch made into a bed ..it does not. We would have stayed if the noise would have stopped long enough to have gotten some sleep! Apparently per booking.com the refund promised was denied! So if you want to rent from a dishonest thief and get NO sleep this is the place for you. Good Luck

− Neighbors upstairs kept us up until 3 am Friday night when my son n law had to be at work at 5:30 in Beaumont. Then on Saturday night kept us up till midnight then had us up at 6:30. Sounded like a bunch of kids jumping off something hi and dragging chair across floor. Not just once or twice but NONSTOP! My daughter went up Sat morn and kindly asked lady to plz stop whatever it was they were doing so we could get a couple hours sleep. She replied it’s my 2 yr old and we live here you don’t. Then cussed her out! We had paid for Sunday night also but since once again my son n law had to be at work in Beaumont again on Monday morning we couldn’t stay any longer. He nor us were able to even nap because as I stated it went on all day and most of the night. Contacted property manager she said if we left by noon Sunday (today) we would be re- embursed for tonight. We left at 11:25 and still hasn’t approved refund. We had to go rent a hotel.
