Big holiday house in great location in Mollymook!

This house is in a great location in Mollymook - it is a short walk to the main patrolled surf beach, local cafes, the 9 hole golf course and the golf club (big licensed club with bistro and other spaces for meals and drinks) + you get a great view of the sea and Bannister's point from the front balcony and living areas. The hot outdoor shower is a great experience to come back to after a swim. The outdoor BBQ works really well. The rooms and living areas are big and spacious.

− There are no ceiling fans or air conditioning. There are water or mould stains on the exposed areas of the front balcony and the back deck. When we arrived, even though it had been cleaned, there was some sand on the floor in some areas. The communication tone and style of the property management business (called 'Where We Escape') lessened the experience, given that this was a summer family holiday from the day-to-day of living in Sydney e.g. sent a text reminder to me to put the rubbish bins out, was not apologetic when I told then about the sand when we arrived, checklists on the fridge detailing all the tasks to be completed before departure. The marketing pictures and detail don't clearly explain the sleeping arrangements - there are 3 bedrooms (queen bed in main with ensuite + seating that can be converted if needed, double bed in another room, bunk bed with double bed on the bottom, single bed on top in another room).
