1.0− Smještaj koji smo rezervirali putem Bookinga na slikama je izgledao jako lijepo i imao je kuhinju, što nam je bilo vrlo važno prilikom rezervacije. Međutim, po dolasku nismo smješteni u taj objekt, već u smještaj na drugoj lokaciji. Taj smještaj nije imao kuhinju i općenito nije bio ni približno lijep niti odgovarajući kao onaj koji smo prvotno rezervirali prema oglasu. Smatramo da to nije u skladu s onim što je bilo prikazano i ponuđeno prilikom rezervacije.
