− DO NOT STAY HERE!! It looks good in the pictures. That's where it stops! I'll start out with the small stuff. Upon arrival we found out the coffee maker didn't work properly, the outdoor chairs only looked like you could sit in them but both were broken, and there was low water pressure with faint hot water. Next we looked in the shower and there was black mold in all of the grout, yikes! It's not only terrible for you but my wife is allergic. The bedroom had hidden shotty electrical work behind the tv that they hid by setting a painting in front of it. Oh yeh the bed was hard as a rock as well. Next up the ongoing construction activities. We were never informed by the owner or property management that TWO neighboring renovations are under way. Construction is going on above and beside this rental. We were awaken at 7am to banging going on directly above the bedroom. We immediately started trying to figure out what to do because due to these issues we would not be staying at the property and so we luckily, with the island very booked up for the summer, found other accomodations. We then tried very hard to work with both the property manager and booking.com too get a refund for the 4 unused nights of our stay. Seems fair right?! Pay for the one horrible night and get refunded for what wasn't used due to all the issues... Well unfortunately both the property management company and booking.com just shield the owner of the property while acting like their hands are tied. The owner was unwilling to refund us and so here we are. I will be placing horrible reviews for this place everywhere I see it and also the same for the property management company. They provided shotty accomodations and ripped us off. I posted photos of the videos that capture the construction banging noise but obviously they cannot be played.
