8.0We loved the house. We were a big company and shared two houses, but we could all comfortably fit into one of the houses for common meals and activities. We had everything we needed.
− We booked accommodation for 15 people, got it confirmed, but only got bedlinen for 11. That was absolutely ridiculous. The staff argued with some administrative description of each of the accommodation where lower number of guests was expected but the house comfortably bedded all confirmed guests. I considered that lazy as they simply didnt make two extra double beds which we had to make at midnight once we arrived with kids already sleeping. They argued with us over email for one full day. I also dont like that in germany the guests need to read the electricity meters on their own and report back the usage while also paying extra tourist tax. Ridiculous amount of admin put on the guest
