Great location if you want to be in box hill. We enjoyed it.
9.0Bed was lovely, room was nice and quite a nice view, close to the train and shopping.
− It was really difficult to get the key, We didnt get into Melbourne until after midnight. The hotel was called a different name to what we were told. No one told us how to get a key, our son got it earlier in the day for us and found it difficult to find the people who were renting it. It took him a couple of hours. Very frustrating. No information was given to us regarding wifi and we spent a fortune on our phones buying local data.

1.0− I didn’t like the mould in the shower I didn’t like all the marks in the wall I didn’t like the disgusting aircon I didn’t like that it wasn’t communicated that I had to pick a key up else where

8.0The location is great. Not in the city so that you can enjoy the suburban view. Plus it is convenient to get to outside the city like Puffing Billy. My family has enjoyed the facilities like the stove, and I enjoyed the swimming pool. Eating out is good if you like Asian food. I like it having a high speed hair dryer, something unexpected and it's my biggest plus point.
− I didn't receive the message until the check-in time so when we walked to the main door of the accommodation then I realised I have to walk all the way back to get the keys. Oops.

5.0− No instructions on Parking prior to arrival. The instruction to leave the key in the room on departure then made it difficult to get back to the basement to leave the car park. Luckily the garage door was open or we would have been trapped. Alarm on freezer kept beeping and we couldn't turn it off properly. Beds had no sheets. Top doona was barley large enough to cover mattress. Absolutely useless once a person wad underneath.
