The apartment is located at a quiet area very close to the sea. It is very clean and tidy. There are two brand new Smart TV available allowing you to enjoy all internet related facilities. We used our own Netflix accounts so we could enjoy it 24X7. Two high quality air conditioning systems made our staying very comfortable even when the temperature hit 37+ degrees outside. A big fridge a coffee machine, a toaster and even a washing machine made our staying even more comfortable. The big terrace just outside (we were on the first floor) gave us the opportunity to relax all hours of the day. It was a quite positive surprise the lack of mosquitoes and other insects!! It is just a few minutes by car away from the city center but you can also enjoy good and cheap food at the restaurant just a few meters away. We visited the apartment between 24th and 29th of July and we would love to visit it again. Our host (Virna) was always in contact with us making sure that we have all we need making our staying as comfortable as possible.

− The phone services at the area of Preveza (even at the city center) were not that good. Nevertheless our internet connection at home was quite satisfactory considering that we had 4 mobile devices, 2 laptops and full use of the Smart TV services.

The spacious space, the spectacular design, it has 3 terraces, well organised apartment, the owner took care of every detail. I really enjoyed staying inside the apartment not less than I enjoyed the outside. The apartment has everything you need and more

Nice looking and very clean apartment in quiet area. Easy communication with the host. She was very friendly and ready to help for any question that we had. There was bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. Clean towels and bed sheets every 5 days. Nice beach is 3min walk distance. Specios balcony.

− Internet was very poor. Bathroom door was broken (we couldn't close it completely and we had problems to open them from inside) but it was fixed next day when we reported it. There were no kitchen towels and no coffee pot for the greek coffee. Bed in the living room was not designed for sleeping. We got a new bed the very next day but it was not comfortable as well so we had to improvise.
