Was clean and warm but very confined.
4.0− The shower was so small, the area around the bed not much room, the fan stopped working after 2 nights. Mattress topper kept moving to one side when one person got in first.

− The parking is completely inadequate. Getting to the room is a hassle. The room is too small. The shower is tiny and the water pressure is pathetic. There is no basin in the bathroom and tmyoy have to use the kitchenette sink. The room is cluttered with furniture. I am very surprised that Booking.com allowed this place on the website. It is extremely poor.

− Free parking advertised?? Parking on the street 2 houses down in pouring rain. Very small room with tiny bathroom. Walked through laundry to find light switch in owner's loungeroom and was told that we were welcome there but that was their own home. Didn't feel comfortable using it.
It was nice and quiet
8.0The property was cute and clean. Had Netflix, a fridge and kitchen appliances, the host’s also allow you to use their kitchen\laundry if you choose, which is lovely. You never see anyone else, so you’re given privacy. Well priced, clean linen.
− There had been a lot of rain so the mildew smell become quite potent. The shower is not the best. No pressure and goes between scolding or cold, very small. The aircon smelt like mould. One night there was loud talking to about 2am. I stayed a few days, the rest of the nights were quiet. The only parking is on a main street and a few hours down. Other than those little things for the price you have privacy and are made to feel comfortable, the bed is nice and it’s good for its price.
