9.0Comfortabel appartement op een hele fijne locatie, vlak bij het strandbad en de Waldarena, waar iedere avond concerten zijn.

9.0Alles wie auf den publizierten Fotos. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Betten=Doppelbett eher hart, aber bequem und schön gross. Grosser Kleiderschrank. Super schöner und grosser Balkon mit Nachmittag- und Abendsonne, Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen, Sicht auf Wiese/Garten und Nachbarvilla. Umfangreich ausgestattete Küche. Man ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten am Wörthersee, in einer Cocktail-Open-Air-Bar, einem öffentlichen Open-Air-Fitness etc. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit Hund: Wiese ganz nah.

10.0Świetna lokalizacja.Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i optymalne dla dwóch osób.Parking na kilka samochodów na terenie posesji.Bardzo sympatyczni i życzliwi Gospodarze.Możliwość przechowania rowerów w garażu.Spędziliśmy tu tydzień robiąc codziennie wycieczki rowerowe po okolicy. Dostaliśmy na przywitanie dwie karty. Jedna uprawniała nas do bezpłatnego korzystania ze znajdującego sie w pobliżu domu kąpieliska nad jeziorem Woerthersee oraz Pluscard,do bezpłatnych przejazdów koleją (S-Bahn) w granicach Karyntii. Warunkiem otrzymania tej karty,jest pobyt dłuższy niż trzy dni. Rowery płatne ( 3.10 Euro za jeden).Codziennie korzystaliśmy z tych udogodnień. Do dworca 600 metrów. Bardzo polecam.
