Schönes Wochenende, aber es ist noch Luft nach oben...
7.0Sehr nettes Personal, schöne, saubere Zimmer. Essen abends im Restaurant sehr lecker, und eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Ebenso das Housekeeping - sehr freundlich, und sehr korrekt bei der Reinigung.
− Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus ist das Frühstück sehr enttäuschend. Einige Gäste bekommen eine kleine Kanne Kaffee an den Tisch gebracht, andere Gäste nicht. Als wir uns Kaffee holen wollten, war er leer. Irgendwann wurde aufgefüllt....Wir sind der Meinung, einen Kaffeevollautomaten kann man in einem solchen Haus schon erwarten. Für einen Latte Macchiato mussten wir 5,60 € extra zahlen, und dieser hatte keinen Schaum, und war lauwarm. Das Rührei und der Bacon waren kalt. Die Wurstplatte hatte einige "Haufen" verschiedener Wurstarten - völlig lieblos, und nicht wirklich appetitlich. Am Fleischsalat usw. waren keine Schilder aufgestellt - man musste raten, was das wohl für ein Salat ist.... Die Säfte liegen in einer Schale mit Wasser und Eis - wenn man sich einen Saft einschenkt, dann kleckert man alles voll, und die Hände sind nass. Vorgekühlte Weinkühler wären da wohl die bessere Alternative. Die Säfte stehen "vor der Tür" - und auf dem langen Tresen, auf dem einsam das Rührei steht, wäre genug Platz für die Säfte. Man sollte das Frühstückskonzept einmal überarbeiten: Etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail, schön angerichtete Wurst- und Käseplatte, vernünftige Beschriftung der Waren, und ein Kaffeevollautomat. Wir sind der Meinung, dass sich jeder Gast über ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet freuen würde.
