8.0The apartment is located in a nice location on a quiet street, it is large and spacious. Overall rating 8/10.
− To be a perfect ten the carpentry needs to be renovated because it is very old, the furniture in the apartment is quite worn out. There is a smell of dampness in the basement where the kitchen is.

− Un ruido excesivo del apartamento de al lado y la cisterna del baño vecino sonaba como una catarata. La cocina en el sótano con difícil acceso y humedad y muchos insectos

9.0La ubicación era increíble, muy cerca del centro pero alejado a la vez de todo el murmullo de gente. El barrio muy bonito y seguro. La casa era muy grande con todo lo necesario. Milena estaba pendiente del teléfono para cualquier duda.
− No como crítica pero si como consejo quizás cerraría la ducha con una mampara para que no se saliera el agua. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

9.0Tasteful and well designed refurbishment as triplex, airy and spacious; thoughful inclusion of a second fridge in the lounge to obviate need to go to basement kitchen for chilled drinks/snacks.
− Bug screens on all windows not as effective as could be.

Top value - Top location
10.0Excellent location - close to the historic center of Valetta, but still a bit outside of the main tourist crowds. Great authentic feel of the accommodation, with relaxing lime stone details and plenty of living space. The landlord was responsive and helpful.
− A minor suggestion for improvement: adding some pillows with memory foam could do wonders for the quality of the sleep.
