Top Lage! Sehr nahe am Bahnhof und doch super ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr gut.

− Für den Preis ist das Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Bratpfanne mit Antihaftbeschichtung wäre wünschenswert, mir ist zum ersten Mal eine Rösti und die Spiegeleier angebrannt. Zum Ausfüllen der Gästekarte waren nur Wachsmalstiffte zu finden. Sowohl im Bett als auch in der Dusche waren Haare zu finden (ich habe keine). Check-In erst um 16 Uhr und Check-Out schon um 10 Uhr ist aus Sicht des Gastes nicht optimal. Falls nicht selbst Abgewaschen würde, würden einem 250.- in Rechnung gestellt. Beim verlangten Preis für das Zimmer ist das schon heftig.

Location

− We paid a premium to stay in an apartment with a washing machine. When we went to use it we found it was out of order. Host told us to use the nearest Laundromat and send her the receipt. We could have stayed for much less in another apartment and done the same for much less. There were two hosts, one friendly and one not. One offered to have the local travel card ready early if we needed it, the other refused that and told us we had to wait until checkin. When we complained about the washing machine she said "out of our control, I hope you understand, it will be fixed tomorrow (after our departure)" We felt they should have offered a discount on the property instead of a refund of Laundromat cost. Walking to the laundromat and waiting for washing takes 2 hours out of our short trip.

The apartment locate close to the train station and coop.

− There is only one washing machine in the basement for the whole building. You might have to wait for a long time. There is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep.

Beautiful views, clean, and homey location to stay.

Love the location and views were great! This place is clean and the beds are more comfortable than they look. I like the beds because they looked clean and were actually clean. The location is part of the residential side, I believe, so it’s not as loud, I could enjoy the quietness. The kitchen was clean and we were provided kitchen-related things, which was kind and helpful. Hosts are welcoming and are clear on their expectations , which is lovely. I didn’t have to hesitate to reach out at all. I liked this Airbnb just by design, it has a vibe that felt welcoming.

− Unfortunately, during the time of my stay, the washer was broken. But I’ve heard it’s fixed now, so it’s great to hear this location has responsive hosts. Only other complaint, and maybe this is a problem on my part, but the front door lock is so hard to unlock. Great for safety, but I am struggling to unlock it. I eventually got the hang of it.
