Рядом метро, Арбат, много разных ресторанов и магазинов. Из окна видно горы.
9.0Место в очень красивом и тихом районе. В самой квартире чисто, уютно. Все необходимое для проживания есть.
− Из минусов - отсутствие лифта и подъем на 5 этаж, но это не критично.

10.0Цифровой замок - очень удобно. На вопросы отвечают очень быстро. Все работает. Порадовало наличие кофе, соли и сахара. Удобная кровать и подушки. Посуды достаточно. В общем - все очень понравилось.
− Кастрюли/сковородки так себе. В комнате основного света недостаточно.

9.0The location is good and the room was clean and fairly spacious, offering good value for the price. There is also a kitchen available for use, and a washing machine, which made the stay even more convenient. However, there was a slight cigarette smell coming through the ventilation fan at times. We informed the host, and they did try to fix it. It wasn’t constant, and turning off the ventilation helped. The entrance to the building may look a bit old and dim, but the room itself is comfortable and in good condition. One thing to note is that the room is on a higher floor (around the 4th floor) and there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage can be tiring. Overall, despite a few minor issues, the room was clean, comfortable, and still worth the price.
Good lesson learned. Will be more careful to book a room for the next trip.

− 1. Accessibility (A. carry all the luggages and walk up to the building door then continue walk up to the 5th floor - strongly not recommend for seniors or the ones with health problem, B. have to pass main gate, building door, and the room door to reach the room.) 2. Room condition (old room with musty smell, poor ventilation - strong smell of cigarette from the vent in the bathroom in the morning) 3. Bedroom (very dim, musty pillows and blanket)
