6.0Die Wohnung war für mich schnell zu erreichen, ansprechend eingerichtet und in einer ruhigen Lage. Bett und Kopfkissen waren bequem.
− Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig und das Fenster hat keine Jalousie. Deshalb fühlte es sich für mich leider nicht sicher an, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Das Bad hat keine Abluft - man muss es also durch den Schlaf- und Essraum belüften. Es fehlten in der Wohnung: Eine Kaffeemaschine, Kleiderbügel, scharfe Messer. Letzteres habe ich gekauft und da gelassen.
Kommunikation abgrundtief schlecht, daher nicht nochmal trotz guter Lage
2.0Die Lage ist top für die Durchreise, die Ausstattung für eine Nacht i.O. Man bekommt eine SMS mit dem Schlüsselcode, allerdings erst sehr kurz vor der Anreise. In der SMS wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Unterkunft besenrein zu hinterlassen ist, da ansonsten 150€ Reinigungsgebühr anfallen. Ein Besen ist allerdings nicht vorhanden. Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung bis auf den verdreckten Backofen.
− Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und benötige eine Rechnung, was ich im Vorfeld inkl. korrekter Rechnungsadresse bereits wiederholt kommunizierte. Nachdem während meines Aufenthalts noch geantwortet wurde, die Rechnung bekäme ich nach Abreise, wurde ich anschließend wochenlang ignoriert. E-Mails, Anrufe, SMS nicht beantwortet. Erst der Kundenservice von booking sorgte dafür, dass ich eine Rechnung erhielt - diese allerdings mit fehlerhafter Rechnungsadresse. Meine Bitte um Korrektur wird erneut komplett ignoriert. − In the dark it was a bit difficult to locate the right entrance so I unfortunately distrubuted the nabo at midnight. It would also have been great to get the keycode a bit earlier.

− Falschen Code für die Tür übermittelt bekommen, keine Erreichbarkeit über die angegebene Telefonnummer Mitarbeiter? oder Nachbarn? (hatte sich nicht vorgestellt) könnte glücklicherweise helfen Vorab Anfrage gestellt, würde nicht beantwortet

− Fehlende Plissees für Privatsphäre, Lüfter im Bad
was ok on short notice and only for 2 nights; for longer a more comfortable bed would be better
6.0Place was clean, parking right in front, nice and quiet location. Host replied quicky to messages, good access to motorway, filling station and charging station nearby, the place was newly refurbished and sparkling clean
− kitchen was only very basically equipped, no window in the bathroom, bed was only a kind of folding/camping bed
