− I would have like to have kept the window open at night if there had been a catch on it. The weather was extremely warm and I like fresh air.

8.0Location perfect, nice and quiet and close enough to walk back to town centre in 7-8 minutes. Having a dedicated parking spot is a bonus. Very spacious living room and bedrooms.
− Very heavy tog duvet meant uncomfortable nights sleep, especially as you can't leave a window open as you're on the ground floor. Recommend 4 tog for this time of year, or at least leave one in the cupboard so guests can swap. Maybe provide a fan too so air can circulate?
