3.0The room did not have a locking door and there was no food. I had to stay somewhere else as a result and cancel my booking. There were issues after that which were eventually resolved but unfortunately I would not recommend this place unless you are prepared for discomfort.
− Poor communication and no food after travelling all day to a very remote location.
***AVOID*** the owner is selling it. it's quickly turning into a dump.
1.0− ***DON'T GO*** ***IT'S FOR SALE AND THE OWNER IS DONE LOOKING AFTER IT*** We had multiple issues during our stay, with the facilities and with the management, and when we raised the issues she was dismissive and called me a liar. She wasn't on site to see the issue I was talking about. No one was on-site actually. I don't know where the manager is. I only got to speak with her via Whatsapp. Anyway - she's a pro at making it sound like she did everything she could, and excellent at minimizing and distracting from real problems. I'm sure she's going to respond to this, and tell everyone how responsive and professional she is. She was not, and is not. We also met other travellers staying in the hostel portion who were shocked at the conditions and the way it was being run. ***AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS. GO STAY AT CALETAS, PUNTA MARENCO OR RINCON INSTEAD*** lots of great options. This isn't it.
