Ubytovanie má veľmi dobrú polohu, blízko pláže cca 2 min, tiché prostredie, pekný, nový apartmán so všetkým ako je uvedené v popise a na fotkách, počas pobytu nám tam nič nechýbalo. Cítili sme sa tu veľmi dobre. S komunikáciou s ubytovateľom sme boli tiež spokojní výhodou je aj 24 hod. callcentrum, ktorý sme využili o 2 hod. pri nočnom príchode a pomoci s otvorením vstup.brány. Hneď nám pomohli a otvorili na diaľku vstup.bránu.

Location is awesome,design of the apartment was nice

− Cleanliness was not apropriate- hair on the ground,in the bathroom and in beds we found various hair.. The bathroom was not clean properly. The hot water runs in circle- as u start the water you have to wait minimum 4minutes for hot water… Then after 3minutes again started the cold water and this was repeating.. The sink (drain) was stucked from the first day..

Worst host experience in my 20 years of traveling.

Design and equipment really stand out in the apartment. Someone invested a lot of effort into the apartment. In theory it has everything you could need, and in a great location.

− Unfortunately, maintenance and people who take care of the apartment are not up to the task. We had no hot water which is a basic necessity and the host kept ignoring us, even after we repoterd it to booking.com. And then in addition to that our refrigerator broke down, some wood panels were destroyed, bedroom door that wasn't closing properly, the apartment was full of sand, and we only got one towel per person for the whole week.

Die Lage

− Es gab leider nur kaltes Wasser - wir mussten also den ganzen Urlaub kalt duschen - sehr unangenehm nach dem Strand Besuch. Und unsere Nachrichten wurde auch nicht wirklich ernst genommen. Wir haben es gemeldet aber nichts ist passiert.
