8.0Loved the view, the nice clean renovated feeling, the beds were nice and firm, very comfy, felt homely, had everything you need. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and washing powder and a drying rack to wash our clothes on our trip. Nicky was very responsive. It was quiet, other units seemed empty. The stairs were no problem, there are not that many. Lovely sunny lounge area in the afternoon which was great in the winter!
− The air-conditioner was very loud, but on speaking to Nicky, she mentioned this is getting replaced so that's great. Could have done with a bit more ambient lighting in the lounge area as the lights are super bright there. It wasn't a problem because we just grabbed the lamp from the bedroom and used that. Also the lounge was uncomfortable to sit on, pretty soft.

10.0Was a beautiful unit with a stunning view everything you need to enjoy a home away from home..I will highly recommend and stay again..
− Split system is very loud and has a high pitched noise...

− There was no heating in the rooms and WiFi was extremely slow

− Think you need to check the oven I couldn’t get it to work and power sockets in main bedroom near mirrors didn’t work
