Spatious renovated appartment in a magnificent setting with a wonderful pool!
9.0Wonderful renovated appartment on top of the owner's house with splendid views over the Austrian hillside. The swimming pool was amazing with very enjoyable water temperatures and an additional spectacle from the birds of prey on top from time to time. The airconditioned apartment is very spatious and tidy, offers 1 big and 1 smaller bathroom and 2 spatious bedrooms with 6 places in total. The kitchen is very well equipped and provides everything you need during your stay. The sofas are comfortable and the separate sofa with big TV is a nice corner to chill in the evening, when you want to watch the FIFA 2026 World Cup ;-) Host Andreas was extremely friendly and helpful as well, despite operating in the background. He was always available to open up the pool for us at any time and provide us with additional information on activities in the surroundings. We'd love to come back any time soon! Wonderful stay.
− - The photos didn't mention the big solar panel installation in the garden in front of the terrace, but in the end it didn't really bother us... - There was a temporary wasp issue on the terrace, but Andreas had a wasp exterminator come that same day to resolve the problem... - The bedrooms have blinds and curtains, but it will never be completely dark. But I guess that's just a personal thing, as many people don't sleep in entirely dark bedrooms (but I typically do).

− Bedlampjes en een stofzuiger zijn de enige 2 dingen die we gemist hebben. En de mogelijkheid om ons gescheiden afval weg te doen. Dat hebben we nu bij vertrek maar in de diverse afvalemmertjes laten zitten.

10.0The location is great (walking distance to the village center with supermarket, few restaurants and charging point for electric car). We had several mountain walks with amazing views in the area (Sulzberg). Moving around is convenient (bus stop next to the house with free hourly bus going to Bregenz where you can take boat or train to travel around the lake). Appartement is very spacious (we were a family of 4 with a couple of friends visiting us for few days). Very clean and modern; amazing views from the terrace! Swimming pool is very clean, with few sun beds.
