10.0La limpieza y sencillez de las estancias. Tiene lo justo para que te sientas como en casa.
− El acceso al apartamento es muy dificultoso, sobre todo para personas mayores y disminuidos físicos,la escalera por la que hay que subir es complicada,e incluso me atrevería a decir que peligrosa . Abstenerse personas que no tengan sus capacidades físicas en plenitud. Debe de haber más información al respecto, pues no es apto para todos los públicos.

− La limpieza del apartamento dejó mucho que desear, sin entrar en detalles, estaba ordenado pero no limpio. Elegí este alojamiento por ubicación y por los comentarios, así que no me lo esperaba, he debido de tener mala suerte. El colchón de una de las habitaciones no era cómodo, la almohada peor. Se nota buena voluntad a la hora de equipar el apartamento (televisiones, wifi, cafetera con cápsulas de cortesía, básicos del baño y cosas así). Pero hay cuestiones que son básicas, y si no se dan, el resto ya no lo arregla.
