Appartamento di dimensioni adeguate, dotato di tutti i comfort. Comodo il posto auto nel garage interrato e l'ascensore per salire con le valige. Buona posizione in centro e vicino ai vari punti di interesse della zona. Molto cortese e disponibile il personale in agenzia.

− Ho avuto delle difficoltà incappando in alcune incomprensioni per quanto riguarda la gestione di lenzuola e asciugamani; reputo inutile inserire nei termini e condizioni che sarebbero stati a pagamento quando comunque la struttura avrebbe comunque addebitato quel costo

Very well-equipped and modern apartment. Quiet and spacious. Very nice for pets, as there is a fully fenced terrace and garden area.

− The apartment has a floor heating and central thermostat that is locked for the guests. The hosts adjusted it remotely for us, but as the thermostat seems to be way off, it always said the apartment had about 24 degrees C, but it was more like 18-19. So naturally the central heating thought it was hot enough so that no heating was necessary, even after the hosts turning it up one degree for us. A calibration of the thermostat would be a great improvement. Also, as a few mentioned in their reviews before, the key pickup is very inconvenient as you need to drive to the next town and get the key from a key safe there, then drive the one town further to show your ID in an office (but that is regulations, so the hosts have no say in this). A key safe at the apartment would greatly improve the check in and check out experience.

Great location for Lago di Braies

This is a beautifiul apartment in a nice little town, a short drive for people who want to visit Lago Di Braies. The apartment is spacious and modern with everything you need to comfortable. An underground parking space was also included. There was a nice patio area as well. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were spacious. The garage parking spot and apartment were clearly marked with an Arturist Villabass sign so you could easily find them.

− The key pickup is in a different town about 15 minutes away. Parking for the office for key pickup was diffiuclt and we had to find a parking lot a few blocks away in order to pick up the keys since parking in front of the officen was blocked off. During our visit the temperatures rose to 35 degrees C and the temperature in the apartment was 30 when we arrived at the apartment. Despite opening all the windows it stayed quite warm. I'm not sure if air conditioning was available but we were not able to change the temperature on the thermostat without a PIN number which was not provided. Unfortunately because we had the windows open,on both nights there was quite a bit of noise around midnight (yelling, fighting) from the bar/ restaurant down the street as well as the church bells early in the morning. Something that is out of the control of the apartment owners but light sleepers beware!
