9.0Zeer rustige locatie en het appartement had heerlijk veel ruimte. De bedden en voorzieningen waren uitstekend.
− De koelkast was eigenlijk wel aan vervanging toe en er waren toch wel een paar dingen die wat onderhoud konden gebruiken. Ook waren de keukenkastjes erg compleet met restanten van vorige huurders, maar daardoor ook wel wat rommelig.

Heel ruime en praktische woning
10.0Heel ruim en proper appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Goede bedden en heel ruime kamers. Heel rustige ligging in een woonwijk. Goed gelegen als uitvalsbasis voor het International inline Speedskating Kriterium.
