10.0Appartment was spotless. It was very central , which made life easy for us.
− Only thing we had was we couldnt find at first the hot water switch to get hot water as wasnt marked , worked out eventually so we had hot water for dishes & hands .

8.0It was clean and very comfortable. I liked that it had everyday essentials, like kitchen towel, cling film and tin foil, and even a couple of pods of laundry detergent for the washing machine .
− The property had 3 steep flights of stairs, but no elevator. Which is fine for active people, but I think it could have been a bit of a problem for elderly or infirm people.

7.0This is a small flat in the town very near to Oban harbour.
− Climbing stairs to the third floor with luggage is not easy. The flat is in a backstreet area near commercial units and a council bin collection area.

− No lift for 3rd floor flat damp smell in stairwell ,rats rummaging in bins across the road
