8.0Krásný moderní apartmán, krb
− Když prší tak kape voda přímo na plechový parapet. Je to opravdu hlučné a nedá se u toho moc spát. Koukali jsme na to i z venku co to je za zvuky a týká se to všech oken v patře. Vypadá to na konstrukční chybu, kdy horní lišta nad okny je blíže u stěny než parapet a tvoří se velké kapky, které dopadají na parapety. Je to opravdu hlučné a otravné. Kdyby pršelo celý víkend, tak by to bylo hodně nepříjemné. Chce to úpravu, aby voda buď odtekla mimo nebo udělat malý převis/lištu, aby voda nekapala přímo na parapet. Je to škoda, protože apartmán je krásný a na klidném místě. Bohužel okna to zvukově moc neodizolují a nedá se za deště spát.
