9.0Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet im 1. Stock eines ehemaligen Hotels, in dem sich nun Ferienwohnungen befinden. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage zum sicheren Abstellen der Fahrräder.

10.0Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig erreichbar, sehr bequemes Bett, kostenfreie Parkplätze Ausstattung des Apartments erfüllt alle Wünsche, sogar Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden.
