Sehr guter Aufenthalt mit super Ausstattung
10.0Sehr gute und brauchbare Ausstattung vorhanden. Gute Geräumigkeit und viel Platz. Ordentlich und sauber. Gute selbsterklärende Kommunikation, auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Wanderweg, aber auch an Bushaltestelle. Tiefgarage und ihr Zugang sind sehr gut.
− Man muss sich vor Ankunft für den Tiefgaragenplatz (extra Kosten) entscheiden. Ob man diesen benötigt, ist vorher aber unklar, da man die Situation vor Ort nicht kennt und aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorgeht, wieviele Parkplätze draußen zur Verfügung stehen. Fakt ist, diese reichen je nach Uhrzeit nicht aus, bzw. nur dann, wenn genug Bewohner einen Tiefgaragenplatz gebucht haben. Eine klare Angabe wäre schön, besonders weil damit beworben wird, Parkplätze draußen seien im Preis inbegriffen. Ja das sind sie, aber sie reichen nun einmal nicht sicher aus.
Top appartement
9.0Het appartement was heel erg goed ingericht overal was aan gedacht het was super netjes en rein. Ook de kleine details waren niet vergeten oa n paraplu ter beschikking, kleine kussentjes erbij op t bed om te lezen een plaid op de bank en bij de keukenuitrustig was echt alles aanwezig ook heerlijke stoeltjes voor buiten.
− Er was weinig te doen in de buurt maar dat wisten we.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
10.0Das Wohnambiente war ansprechend, die Lage angenehm ruhig, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter reibungslos und unser Aufenthalt sehr entspannt.
