1.0− Experiencia muy negativa. Llevo más de una semana solicitando la factura de mi estancia y sigo sin recibirla. Además, los mensajes por WhatsApp son ignorados y no ofrecen ninguna solución. Durante la estancia también sufrimos continuos cortes de luz en el apartamento, lo que resultó muy incómodo. La falta de atención al cliente y de respuesta ante incidencias básicas es inaceptable. No volvería a alojarme aquí ni lo recomendaría.
