9.0Ļoti jauks un kārtīgs dzīvoklis pašā Valmieras centrā. Blakus Gauja, teātris, muzejs, tirdzniecības centrs un kafejnīcas. Apartamentos viss nepieciešamais - trauki, dušas piederumi. Saimniece jauka un pretimnākoša. Automašīnu var novietot pie mājas.
