10.0Lovely authentic wooden house from Maramureş county with all modern facilities you can possibly need for a comfortable get away. The location is amazing , close enough to the city and several touristic spots, yet remote enough to give you quiet evenings and moments of rest with only sounds of birds and the bells of the horses or cows eating on the pastures close by.

Peaceful country cottage to relax after a day out.
7.0Cute little cottage in Romanian countryside - peaceful. The hosts were delightful- friendly and personable. We enjoyed an insight into life in northern Romania from our conversations with them and the rural environment outside the front gate. The cottage is within driving distance of the local town and many other tourist attractions.
− From the Booking.com photos, I was under the impression that the cottage had scenic views of the countryside. However T he cottage is in the garden which was peaceful and relaxing. The bathroom & toilet are in an adjacent but attached building. To go to the toilet at night means a climb down the ladder, out the front door and down the veranda.
