9.0Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Schöne große Wohnung. Ordentlich ausgestattet und modern. Neues Badezimmer mit super großer Dusche. Küche absolut vollständig ausgestattet. die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer über das Feld,einfach klasse. Wintergarten bei schlechtem Wetter 1A. Draußen 2 sehr gute Sonnenliegen und noch mal Extrabestuhlung inklusive Tisch.
− Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig.
Empfehlen wir gern weiter
10.0Optimale Lage für Fahrradfahrer: in 4 Minuten zu Fuß nach Carolinensiel, in 4 Minuten per Rad nach Harlingersiel. Selbst Neuharlingersiel ist per Rad in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Herrliche Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf ein Getreidefeld. Absolut ruhige Lage, da am Ende einer Sackgasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
− Im Außenbereich hätten die Gebüsche gerne mal wieder eine Heckenschere gesehen, aber das ist jetzt Nörgelei auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten eine sonnige Woche erwischt, in der Zeit davor hatte es viel geregnet.

10.0Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und zentral. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat viel Platz. Das Bad ist groß und modern mit ebenerdigem Duschbereich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht samt Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Wenn es regnet, kann man im Wintergarten sitzen, bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse. Man blickt auf Felder und eine Windmühle in der Ferne. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und um seine Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer schicken Wohnung, es hat alles gepasst👍
