I have been several times at this property and as always it was great. Lovely open space apartment, very modern, great TV. As it rained on few days, I watched telly. Parking below - in front of property. Easy access, lovely huge outside sitting area. Hosts always happy to help.

This flat has everything what you need. Very modern and open plan living. It was my second stay and I will definitely book again in the future. Really friendly and helpful host. Jordanbad (swimming pool/sauna/massage etc) is only 7min by car and the lovely town of Biberach where you can shop and enjoy pubs, ice cream parlours, many clothes shops, food shopping etc is 12min away.

Home from Home! A fantastic "little gem"!

The location is rural and child-friendly... The church bell across the road is chiming in the morning which is a lovely start to the day. Embrace it - as it is a lovely sound to be woken up! It is a fantastic apartment - very modern and open plan. Very tastefully decorated - loved the artwork and the huge plant! The bed/mattress was just right and for the first time I didn't have any back problems. The hosts couldn't have been more supportive. As I have a medical condition (no fragrances anywhere) the host supported me wholeheartedly. It is a home from home! I have already booked again for a week next year in March. Yes, it is rural but there are close by places (Eberhardzell and Ummendorf - Biberach a little bit further 15 mins) where you can shop and also enjoy the lovely restaurants. Also, a short 10 min drive to the Jordanbad where you can have the utmost perfect sauna experience I have ever come across. You need to stay there a whole day! Several saunas and pools - inside and outside. The holiday flat is 30min away from Memmingen Airport and therefore just ideal if you arrive in Memmingen, rent a car and start your holiday in no time..... The holiday flat has a big terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view... A big wardrobe (left and right side with loads of hangers) is a big bonus as you can tuck away/hang all your clothes nicely. In the evening, it is great to relax in front of the big television on the comfortable sofa. The holiday let has a separate entrance via an outside metal stair case so you can come and go at any time not being afraid to disturb anyone. May many years come where I will be able to stay there!

− There are some busses but not sure how often they run. So, you definitely need a car. No bakery or shop in this tiny village.
