9.0Location and cottage was furnished very well . Loved the sofa and chair and very cool in the hot weather
− Very busy road and unfortunately they were completing roadworks throughout the night whilst we were there

10.0Amazing cottage, with beautiful surroundings. The host left tea,coffee,milk, a lovely lemon cake and flowers. Beautiful touches that went a long way. The Spar shop opposite was ideal, and also bus stops so we could venture further afield
− Not really didn't like but the kettle had limescale and l wasn't able to find descaling tablets in the shops I went too. Also the rotary drying line, I tried using it but it collapsed (folded) immediately This was overcome by using the frame and coat hangers so that was sorted.

8.0The cottage was breatifull and very clean
− The bouble bed was a problem we are tall people and we kept hitting our feet on the bed frame at the bottom. A given bed would be better, the pillows were not comfy either. But apart from that the cottage was spot on

It was great and so was the open fire at The George
8.0− The stairs were narrow, but it’s an old cottage and that’s how they were made. If you want wider stairs, stay in something newer, but then you lose the history and charm.
