Es war schön als Großfamilie ein ganzes eigenes und durchaus preiswertes Quartier zu finden. Ausflüge in die nahe Umgebung waren einfach. Großer Essensraum, gut ausgestatte Küchenzeile. Neue Schlafbetten (nur eine Couch als Notlager). Hundefreundlich. Der Vermiter war bei Problemen mit dre Kaffeemaschine sofort hilfreich zur Stelle ...

− Da auf kleinem Raum geschätze 10-12 Wohnungen vermietet werden war die Parkplatzlage etwas unübersichtlich udn koplex. Die Auffahrtsrampe recht steil; die Treppen im Inneren ebenso
