7.0Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Ever smiling and helpful.the place is very clean and breakfast always saved on time..
− It's only that the don't have iron in their room,I did not watch television during my stay, tv it's their but I don't know what was the problem

− price included breakfast. Due to kitchen being revamped, no breakfast was served and no discount offered.

− The advertising and reality are not the same. This is extremely basic. Apart from advertising an inclusive breakfast (which was not inclusive but an additional N$150), there was no complimentary tea/ coffee in the room. My room everything used or old and in need of repair. The staff and security are friendly.
