Instructions on where to locate keys and carpark were perfect. Very easy check-in and out. Ideal location. Great spacious apartment

Location, so close to everything. Lovely, lovely Aleisha came in on a family day to get me started. Huge TV in main area (another in the brm). Full size fridge. The quality sheets were a dream. The bed is very comfy. Easy to use microwave, washer and dryer. Wonderful air con heating unit and electric blanket, a must for Tassie winters.

Room upgrade form my booked single bedroom to a double bedroom. Excellent wardrobe hanging and shelves available, and coat hangers provided (nice coat hangers, not wire things) for coats or suit jackets. Excellent location for my conference at the paranaple and the social events surrounding it.

− The hallway lights for the apartment complex turns on the hallway lights in the apartment. If I had been consciously aware of this, I would have shut the bedroom door instead of being woken up with light when someone left at 0500. I'm a bit of a silly cookie and the buttons for the garage sliding door took me a hot minute to work out. A label on them would make it easier when getting to the property tired.

This was our second time staying at Merseybank Apartments and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We booked a one bedroom apartment that included a balcony, lounge, kitchen and even a spa bath in the bathroom! The apartment was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location was perfect and we had beautiful views of the river from the balcony. On site undercover secure parking was a bonus and the host was very responsive. We highly recommend Merseybank Apartments and will be back again!

It was very central so we were able to find food easily and walk to local sights as well as shop. It did have an ocean view but we were expecting a front room location rather than the side - it was fine but if really wanting a full view I think it would be rooms 1 to 4. I could see the ocean from our balcony though. We had room 6 and it was great as it was a one bedroom rather than a studio. Hubby had one of the best pizza's he has ever had at Valentino's Family restaurant which is just a short walk, it was super busy and the other meals looked amazing.

− The spa bath did not work. The mattress was not super comfortable, it was ok but not as good as other places we stayed - we kind of rolled into each other. Not so bad that I would not stay again.
