Das Essen und das Personal waren super!!! Meine Frau hat ihren Badeanzug dort vergessen und sogar den haben sie uns dann noch nach Hause geschickt. Nur zu empfehlen

Privatzimmer im Hotel, eher nicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, der Wellness-Bereich ist ebenfalls schön. Schwimmbad innen war angenehm, Außen-Pool nicht beheizt, aber schön. Das Frühstücks-Büffet war reichhaltig, aber mit 18 Euro zu teuer. Dies war im Preis auch nicht inbegriffen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, Personal freundlich. Allerdings gibt es an der Rezeption noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf. Wenn man ein normales Hotelzimmer im Hotel bucht und kein Privatzimmer, ist dies sicher deutlich besser. Aufpassen bei der Buchung.

− Abendessen zu teuer, nur in Büffet-Form, in 2 Zeit-Phasen buchbar. Betten waren komplett durchgelegen, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Da die Lage des Zimmers sich über dem Schwimmbad befand, hörte man die ganze Nacht die Pumpe laufen. Es handelte sich um ein Privatzimmer im Hotel, was wir erst nach der Buchung bemerkten. Daher war eine Nutzung der Active Card nicht möglich. Daher gab es auch keinen Zimmer-Service bzgl Bettwäsche und Handtuch-Wechsel. Die Duschkabine wies Schimmel und Rost in den Laufschienen auf. Teppichboden im Zimmer hätte längst schon einmal ausgetauscht werden müssen. Aufzug funktioniert nicht richtig, Türen gehen immer wieder auf.

The surroundings are great. The mountains, the forest. The hotel staff, although they have nothing to do with the private room offered, were very friendly and lent us a quilt and a pillow that we needed. The restaurant staff were also very kind to us.

− The room is only for two people! We made a reservation for two adults and a child but the information sent was not clear and we had nothing for the child in the room. We would have gladly paid a bit more. We were surprised by the price, but sometimes cheap is expensive. The response from the people renting the room was not the best. Please, a big recommendation: Do not rent the room for 3 people. It is only for two, unless you do it exclusively with an extra bed, including sheet, blanket and towels. We were surprised when we were told several times by the hotel "the owners of the room, which does not belong to the hotel, always give confusing information". This is not a reservation at the hotel, that should be clearly stated so as not to raise false expectations. As for the hotel: The indoor pool is quite small and very cold. You can't really swim in it. It is a children's pool. The billiard table is totally broken. However, the panorama, the restaurant and the bar are very good options to stay in the hotel. Anyway, you only go to sleep after a good hike in the mountains and a round in the sauna ;-) Finally, we give a mark of 4. first of all because of the confusing, perhaps misleading advertising. I recommend you to change it and be more precise. And secondly, because we are offered 15€ for a rating above 8. (is it worth buying the evaluations?)
