ALOJAMIENTO INEXISTENTE - ESTAFA
1.0AVISO Este alojamiento NO EXISTE. Si tenéis reserva con ellos solicitad la devolución y buscar otro alojamiento en Puebla. Os cuento abajo.
− El 28 de abril por la mañana recibimos por su parte el típico mensaje con la hora e instrucciones de acceso. Al llegar al hotel el código facilitado no funciona. Nos ponemos en contacto con ellos y nos dicen que no nos alojan, que ya habían avisado a Booking y listo, pero Booking no sabía nada hasta que les llamamos. Según ellos, ya no eran los propietarios del alojamiento desde unos meses y los nuevos propietarios no se hacían responsables de las reservas anteriores. Habíamos reservado, y pagado, la habitación hacia casi un año. Ni siquiera nos cogían las llamadas, solo respondían tarde y mal por WhatsApp que ellos se desentendian y que nos apañaramos con Booking.

3.0Buena ubicación,
− Los Azulejos estaban en mal estado y la TV no tenía ni antena, no agarraba nada de programación pues todo te pedía contratar o abrir cuentas, aparte no había buena conexión de wifi... prendían la bomba de agua a las 3:45am. Falta de comunicación, nunca supe donde se dejaba la basura, o si tenía que limpiar antes de irme pues no había escobas o material de limpieza ni a quien preguntar.

− La administración fue confusa. Me dieron un código para entrar que no era, y tuve que llamar al dueño en dos ocasiones para resolver mis dudas.
