Neu gebaut, schön eingerichtet und viel Platz.

− Das sanierungsbedürftige Bad lag außerhalb der Wohnung im Keller des Altbaus und war ausgestattet mit alten und verwaschenen Badetüchern. Handtücher gab es keine. In der Wohnung gab es drei Fernseher, jedoch keinen Fön. Der wurde aus dem Privatbestand des Vermieters geliehen. Da es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt, blickte man aus allen Fenstern auf begrünte Lichtschächte. Aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster auf eine nahe und hohe Böschung.
