1.0I booked via booking.com platform and my booking was confirmed. I received a call from the owner advising me that there are no rooms available. I should cancel my booking as the guesthouse is under renovations. She refunded me less commision. That put me under a lot of stress as I had to find alternative place to sleep. Moreover I had to pay for alternative accomodation whilst awaiting my refund. I also didnt understand why she had to deduct a commission when there was no service rendered. Regards. Dave
− The fact that I completed the booking and paid for the accomodation without any notification that there are rooms available. I view this as a money making scam. Deduction of commission when there was no service rendered made me very angry.
