9.0The host and all the employees were wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond and made my stay very special! The apartment is beautifully done, very clean, great location, very safe. The coffee machine was a lovely surprise and there were even coffee beans in it!
− The shower water was initially just lukewarm at best. As soon as I reported it, they sent someone immediately to address it. It made it much better but still wasn’t extra hot and I didn’t have time to report that since I stayed 2 night only so they didn’t have a chance to come again. Not a big deal since they addressed it. In the master bedroom there is quite a bit of light coming in from outside at night. I had a difficult time sleeping and had to wear a mask. Maybe darkening curtains would help. I did not share that with the host while I was there since I realized they couldn’t do anything about it on such short notice. Otherwise it was quiet!
The accommodation contributed to making our trip great. :)
9.0The kitchen especially and everything in general was well equipped. The location is great. We unexpectedly had to take our Lagotto Romagnolo with us, and the host welcomed us anyway. There is an additional charge for a pet which is okay. The place was clean, which is a rare find.
− The heating was not enough to keep the apartment warm, especially the bathroom, the hall and the toilet spaces. Or maybe it's the isolation since it's a rooftop. Anyhow, once they get that in check, it will be perfect! There is no wi-fi signal on the balcony.

− Heating mainly by a/c, which isn't so efficient. Stay with children during winter time is a bit cold
