10.0Lovely and helpful staff. A beautiful hotel with garden view rooms and two private outdoor onsen and public baths. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We were able to dine together as a group and the hotel was accommodating of dietary requirements. Staff kindly stored our baggage and called a taxi for us after check out.
− There were no negatives with the hotel. The surrounding town is quiet after about 5pm

What an incredible stay!
10.0Everything. Our room had just spectacular view on the maples, large balcony, private onsen in the room with the same view. It’s just amazing. Room is fully equipped with the traditional tea set, several towels for onsen, traditional socks, complimentary mochi, traditional Japanese clothes. Everything to feel you the part of the culture. Dinner is invaluable part of our stay. We tried plenty of dishes, our host told us everything about the ingredients and how to eat it properly. The environment, the village where the hotel is located is also very cosy, we walked through the bamboo street, outside the hotel we saw a beautiful Japanese garden. I truly recommend that hotel, it costs every dollar. Just sad that we were there just for one night. Thank you!

10.0-Food was amazing -Staff tried their best to help us despite our broken Japanese and them not speaking English too well. -Private outdoor onsens (available to reserve) -Property has a picturesque garden

Joyful stay in Sora.
9.0Quiet surroundings, friendly and polite staff, help us parking, front desk, serving meals. We love the personal Onsen inside the room very much. It is excellent. Freeflow drinks are lovely. Dinner is exceptionally delicious. Steamed rice is hot and soft in the way I like most.
− May be the old style keys re a bit heavy. But it is a stylish thing to see nowadays. The only food we are not like is the soaked squids slices. It is a bit salty to us. And it appeared in both meals. This is the only food we could finish. Sorry about that.

Guests who will arrive after 6 pm must inform the hotel in advance, and will not be served dinner. (No refund will be given.)
