7.0El carácter amable del dueño (o gestor, que no sé). Muy diligente también. La limpieza. Estaba impecable, del todo.
− Por un lado, el apartamento efectivamente era un primero. Por el otro, más que un bajo, yo diría entreplanta. Yo no piso prácticamente en el apartamento, pero estuve todo el rato con las persianas bajadas. Tiene ventanas de espejo, pero me daba inseguridad, la verdad. Me pareció muy incómodo.
