Mooie woning in een leuke wijk van Potsdam
9.0De ligging: in een mooie, rustige wijk, dichtbij Sanssouci en op loopafstand tot het centrum. Mooie grote eetkeuken met alle voorzieningen. Ook dichtbij station om naar Berlijn te reizen. De woning was aangenaam koel tijdens de warme dagen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, prettige communicatie.
− De woning heeft geen buitenruimte. In de zomer is dat een gemis, maar tijdens andere seizoenen niet. En ik begreep de tv niet, ha, ha. Met het aanbod in Potsdam en omgeving heb je een tv natuurlijk niet nodig.

10.0De woning is ruim, licht, fijn én volledig ingericht. Voorzien van prachtige orginele details ën modern comfort. Werkelijk aan alles is gedacht. Tot en met pleisters en een naaikitje. Dat maakt het verblijf heel relaxed. De ligging van het appartement is fantastisch. Het ligt in een mooie, rustige straat. Dichtbij winkels en het OV. De allerleukste verrassing was dat het park Sans Souci via een achteringang zo te bereiken was! Ook de Hollandse wijk ligt op loopafstand.

10.0Wir haben nie freundlichere Gastgeber, eine sauberere Wohnung, eine gut ausgestattete funktionierende Küche als dort angetroffen. Die Lage ist besonders ruhig, noch dazu liegt die schöne Wohnung in einem Viertel mit geschlossen gut sanierter historischer Bebauung. Für uns war die fußläufige Entfernung zu allen uns vertrauten Zielen auch jenseits vom nahegelegenen Park Sanssouci ein großes Plus. Für Ziele in der Stadt oder nach Berlin sind öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
