6.0− Tiene el aire acondicionado fijado, hacía muchísimo frio en el piso y encima los aparatos dejaban de funcionar. Mientras me duchaba, se acabó el agua caliente y me quedé a mitad. Después de quejarnos y mucho insistir, varias visitas del anfitrion al piso , nos dejaron el mando del aire. Cual fue la sorpresa, que los plomos saltaban cada dos por tres porque tienen una baja potencia contratada. Total, un desastre… Pretenden venderse como un apartamento de buena calidad, y lo parece, pero una vez dentro.. muchos problemas.
