3.0Good, fairly central location
− Total lack of communication from the owner, despite numerous attempts to clarify check in time and access to the property. Luckily a cleaner was at the property to let us in. As we attended a graduation the lack of communication was quite stressful. Broken coffeee maschine, TV didnt work, wallpaper was peeling off above the bed/our head, shower screen was broken. Very poor value for money

5.0Staff were lovely and location was excellent. We were in the smallest of their rooms with impressive bath and nice decor.
− The cleaner needs to do a better job of the floors, blinds and ceiling cobwebs. Marks on wallpaper and loft hatch also need cleaning. Maintenence needed - shower screen broken and wallpaper peeling. Felt overpriced due to these issues.

− The blinds could be darker. Also, the coffee machine isn't the best, and the shower pressure is a bit inconsistent.

5.0The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out was very easy. The room had been nicely designed and was very clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice.
− The blinds didn't keep much light out, the mini fridge was quite noisy, the shower was really hot and we couldn't turn the temp down, the bath hot tap was very slow so it took a long time to run a hot bath.
