Adequate for our purposes to attend an event in Canterbury
6.0The property was clean and fairly well equipped.
− The beds were comfortable but in 2 of the bedrooms there was nowhere to hang clothes and there were NO mirrors upstairs in either the bedrooms or bathroom. The locks on both the bathroom and downstairs toilet doors did not work. We struggled to adjust channels on the TV and some instructions would be very useful. It was very hot during our stay and it would have been nice to have been able to open the door from the living room into the garden.

7.0Tranquilidad
− Descuidado en general , había un plato comida pasada dentro del microondas
Clean and tidy home for a family vacation even for a rainy day.
10.0Clean and ready for a family vacation.
Disappointing
5.0Enclosed garden good for dogs. Close to town.
− On arrival, found it difficult to find parking due to the parking restrictions and had to carry bags in rain and wait outside for code. On entering the property it was very cold .The upstairs was generally ok. The middle room had a pull out bed which had been broken and even if it could be used the room was too small and it would block the doorway. The bathroom was in need of a bit of tlc but the shower worked better than trying to run a bath .kept finding long black hairs. Downstairs the kitchen felt grubby, badly stocked and very worn out.trying to cook a basic meal the oven fused along with the heating cutting out.no heating or hot water. It was sorted the next morning whilst we were out. The plumber reported that the downstairs was messy. We received a message saying that we had to leave the place tidy when we left the property. There were toys in the lounge from a toddler playing and the kitchen was not sorted as there was no hot water to wash up with. The lounge area was okay but the settee only sat three . There were six dining chairs. This property would not manage 8 people as advertised. The pictures were exactly right except the pictures must be several years old and the property needs fresh paint and a deep clean.
the filthiest places I've stayed in.
5.0the property was spacious and answered all our needs.
− the property was not clean despite the property management insistence that it was cleaned regularly. when we got the property, we tried using the upstairs bathrooms but it seemed be clogged. when we tried using the toilet brush (which was filthy) to open the clog, the water painted brown from the filthy toilet brush and I almost vomited. when I opened the curtains in the kitchen, I've saw a lot of spider webs. if someone is cleaning the place regularly they're not doing a good job at all and the place just looked clean, but was actually filthy.
