Good property with bad caretaker
5.0Good property at a good location. The flat is well decorated with sturdy furnishings
− The caretaker is absolutely useless and doesn’t have a good attitude. When we entered the flat the toilet seat was broken, there was no soap in the bathroom, the microwave was very dirty from inside and the bathroom had no floor towels. When we highlighted all this he gave some flimsy excuse and disappeared. We had to follow up and get things done which is very time consuming
Definitely worth the money.
8.0Clean ideally located has all the amenities of home. The owner was very understanding and the manager helpful. Would definitely be there again.

Could have been a good stay.
6.0Excellent location and comfortable for a family of 3 or 4. Basic amenities are provided. Free covered parking is provided. It would have been ideal for is if not for the horrible experience we had.
− We had a poor experience for which I am not blaming the owners but I think they could have handled it better. We lost water supply at night around 11. We could not use the washrooms. We texted the caretaker and owner but no one saw our messages. In the morning there was water in the taps (and flush) but only for half an hour. Only one person who got up early was able to use the toilet. We left the property in the morning without using the washroom and went to a hotel nearby to freshen up. The owners apologised to us and tried getting a water tanker but it was a bit too late for us.
