Great location but not very suitable for longer stays
7.0The condo is located at the Palladium tower which is well sought after location and right down the street from the newer Festive mall area. The staff were very friendly and helpful every single day of our stay. The lobby is beautiful and updated and has nice cold a/c. Check in was easy as well! The queen size bed was comfortable and it even had a pull out trundle bed underneath. Beautiful view from the 10th floor balcony, facing the front of the building towards the sunset and mountains! Host was easy to contact during our stay for issues that came up!
− The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade/maintenance. The shower is rusted, the pipes might be rusted as well because all the water coming out of the sink and shower smelled like rusted metal. The condo isn’t equipped for longer stays. My daughter and I were there for 2 weeks. There were only 2 towels, one roll of toilet paper, and one bar of soap. I had to buy my own towels and wash cloths, and get a laundry service to wash the only 2 that were there twice durning our stay. I also had to buy toilet paper and paper towels for the condo. It would be nice if the host could provided necessities for the duration of the guests’ stay, differentiating between a couple of days and a couple of weeks.
