If you would like to experience a charming authentic Tuscan atmosphere, this place proved to be such a great choice. The apartment we stayed at was beautiful and the area surrounding it was even more gorgeous. There was lots of space outside, a little garden with trees that offered shade as well as a huge open terrace where you could sit and enjoy the view of the sunset. The host, Eduardo, was the best! He is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home (he also provided a grill, so if you like to barbecue like we do, you're all set!). Eduardo also makes amazing red wine from his own vineyards! As far as the location is concerned: Siena is very close, and the area is also a really good 'home base' to see the rest of Tuscany as plenty of the greatest sights, cities and natural wonders are within an hour or an hour and a half's drive. All in all a truly great experience and we hope to visit again in the future (and likely bring some friends as well :D)

Everything according to the description and photos. Very thick walls successfully replace air conditioning. Well cleaned and equipped. Silence – both in the apartment and while relaxing in the garden. Very friendly host. A great place to visit Siena and Tuscany but also Perugia, Assisi and many other places. From the garden there is a view of the surrounding vineyards and Siena (in the last case binoculars or a long-focal lens are useful – it's app. 14 km).
